Responsibilities:
- To monitor and safeguard the cost of every product in all
Food & Beverage and Retail outlets
- To check on the accuracy of the menu pricing and do analysis
work
Requirements:
- Minimal Diploma in Accounting or Hotel Management
- Preferably minimum of 3 years of working experience at a supervisory
position in the cost control section
- Proficient in verbal and written English. Proficiency in other
languages would be helpful as well.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office functions, especially Word
and Excel. Proficiency in Material Control software is highly
recommended.
- Self-starter mentality with good organization, good stewardship
of time and resources given, multitasking capability, and commitment
to provide quality work by set deadlines.
- Must be a team player, motivational and high-spirited; maintain
high level of job performance, committed to responsibilities
and company's goals. |
